Why does compatibility vary?
Two cars of the same model can have different headlamps, software versions, body-control modules and optional equipment. A function visible in diagnostic software may still require specific hardware, a suitable sensor or a particular module revision.

What happens during a coding appointment?
The vehicle is scanned for existing faults and the relevant module information is identified. The current configuration is saved where the platform allows it, the agreed settings are changed and the lighting functions are then tested. Any unrelated module faults found during the scan can be reported separately.
Can coding remove bulb warnings?
On some vehicles, monitoring settings can be adapted for a compatible lighting conversion. However, a warning caused by a failed lamp, damaged wiring, poor connection or incorrect component should be repaired rather than hidden. Coding is not a substitute for fixing a genuine electrical fault.
What should remain unchanged?
Required road-lighting functions must continue to operate correctly. Changes should not create glare, disable essential warning behaviour or make the vehicle unsafe for other road users. The agreed configuration should suit the vehicle’s real use.
