Mobile vehicle diagnostics across Kent
A fault code is a starting point, not always a diagnosis. Our mobile diagnostic service is designed to investigate warning lights and electronic faults at your home, workplace or trade premises, using the vehicle information available through supported control modules.
Faults we are commonly asked to investigate
- Engine-management lights and reduced-power warnings
- ADBLUE, SCR and NOx-sensor faults
- DPF warning lights and regeneration problems
- Gearbox and transmission warning messages
- Lighting and body-control module faults
- SRS/airbag warning diagnosis
- Battery, communication and module-related codes
More than simply clearing a code
Clearing a warning without understanding the cause can remove useful evidence and the light may return immediately. Where supported, a proper assessment can include a multi-module scan, code history and live data relevant to the reported symptom.
Home and workplace diagnosis
Many diagnostic jobs can begin where the vehicle is parked. This can be useful if a van is part of a business fleet or if you want an initial assessment before authorising parts. Some faults will still require workshop testing or mechanical repair.
What to send for a quote
Send the registration, postcode, dashboard message, symptoms, current mileage and any codes already read. If the vehicle will not start or should not be driven, say so when enquiring.
